This 10-course training program is developed by the nonpartisan Legislative Service Commission staff for new legislative staff of the General Assembly. It primarily focuses on the legislative branch and the legislative process, including the services provided by LSC and how to request those nonpartisan services. As LSC is a nonpartisan agency serving the General Assembly, this training program does not address the topics of constituent service, legislative strategy, or policy issues.
